5. Discussion and possible action for approval of the following Metro Parking Contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Metro Parking Garage. (Document Received)

Contract No. 1239 One (1) space at $90.00 per month for Teresa Wiggins.

Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director, Facilities Management, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney. (Document Received)

Mena Samara, dba Bada Bing Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 328 sq. ft., 2nd floor, Suite No. 206 for the sum of $310.19 per month, commencing September 15, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017.

Lesa Woodard, dba Bombs Away Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 193 sq. ft., 2nd floor, Suite No. 206A for the sum of $182.72 per month, commencing September 15, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017.

Jason Woodard, dba Metro Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 278 sq. ft., 4th floor, Suite No. 413 for the sum of $262.24 per month, commencing July 1, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017.

7. Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201. (Document Received)
